Learning Center Program Request Form

Please use this form to submit any requests for Learning Center programming, including class or student group visits. Please complete this form at least two weeks prior to your intended program to allow us time to find staff to fulfill the request. **Note that we typically don't offer workshops for individual RAs or residence halls, but your residents are welcome to come as a group to one of our existing workshops (held in the UL) or you can stop by to pick up materials to design a workshop with our guidance. Make an appointment with an academic coach if you'd like to design your own workshop.**
