The Power of Habits

Understanding how habits work is the key to forming good habits and changing bad ones. In this workshop, you’ll learn about the neurological pattern that forms the core of every habit and how you can use it to your advantage. You’ll leave the workshop with a plan for interrupting undesirable habits and for creating and maintaining meaningful ones.
