Breaking the Procrastination Cycle

Understanding how, when, and why we procrastinate is the first step in overcoming a procrastination habit. In this workshop, you’ll learn about the neurological pattern that leads us to procrastinate, and consider your own procrastination triggers. You’ll leave the workshop with specific strategies for interrupting the procrastination cycle. Don’t wait—start changing your procrastination habit today!

Most workshops are in Room 130 of the Undergraduate Library, but you'll be emailed the final location the morning of the workshop. "Use Fall Break" and "Use Thanksgiving Break" will be in the Writing Center (0127 SASB N).
